REGULATIONS FOR BOOKING AND RENTING COTTAGES AND APARTMENTS
The Regulations define the conditions under which short-term rental of Cottages/Apartments is made.
Booking Cottages/Apartments online (including via the website) www.mewa.nysa.pl, booking.com etc.) by e-mail or telephone is tantamount to the Client's familiarization with the Regulations and acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations. The Regulations are available on our website: www.mewa.nysa.pl.
Rent Cottages/Apartments is of a short-term nature only and does not serve to meet the permanent housing needs of the Clients, and the Client's stay is of a temporary nature only, i.e. recreational or tourist, and for this purpose a lease agreement is concluded, therefore the provisions of the Act on the protection of tenants' rights, the municipal housing resources and on amending the Civil Code do not apply to this relationship. OW MEWA does not offer Cottages/Apartments for the purpose of using them to meet the permanent housing needs of the Clients.
The Agreement applies only to short-term rental of Cottages/Apartments for recreational or tourist purposes.
To receive a VAT invoice, please provide the invoice details immediately after making the reservation by sending them to the email address mewanysa@gmail.com.
Cottages/Apartments are rented for days. The hotel day begins on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM and ends on the day of departure until 10:00 AM.
Check-in on the day of arrival involves the Client receiving, by e-mail or text message, a code to the safe containing the key to the Cottage/Apartment after paying for the stay in full.
The stay is charged in advance at the latest on the day of arrival for a specified number of nights.
Smoking tobacco products is prohibited in the Apartments and Cottages, and breaking the ban is tantamount to a contractual penalty. 500.00 PLN.
The extension of the stay beyond the period established on the day of arrival, the guest of OW Mewa should report to the manager of the facility. The wish to extend the stay does not bind OW Mewa and may be fulfilled to the extent of existing possibilities.
The fee for a dog's stay is: 30 PLN for 1 day, for this purpose it is necessary to arrange the dog's stay in advance.
There is extra bedding in the wardrobe, its use is charged 50zł.
In apartment no. 8 there is a Jacuzzi on the terrace, on request for an additional fee 200zł.
We provide a grill, paid 50zł. for the entire stay. You can only grill in designated areas. You cannot use your own grill.
An iron can be borrowed free of charge, please let us know when booking or at least the day before.
Towels are available on request, please let us know when booking or at least one day in advance. Payable 10 PLN / 1 pc.
OW Mewa is obliged to respond immediately to comments and reservations regarding the level of services, functioning of devices, cleanliness and order in the facility. Please report comments and reservations to the facility manager.
Due to fire protection requirements, it is prohibited to use any devices or apparatus powered by electricity in the apartments/cottages that do not constitute the equipment of these rooms.
Night time silence applies from 10pm to 6am.
After an hour 22.00 Visitors to our guests are not allowed on the premises of OW Mewa.
Deposit 500 PLN. is collected on the day of arrival in cash but only in the case of reservations for special events, stag parties, birthdays, etc. refundable on the day of departure.
Using sunshades: always at night, or during winds or rain, the umbrella should be rolled up, secured by fastening with the rubber band attached to the umbrella. In the above cases, the umbrella may be carried away by the wind (this happened often) and destroyed. The tenant is responsible for any damage.
The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of his guests.
Our guests can use the beach at the resort free of charge, just mention at the checkout that you are a guest of the Mewa Resort.
The condition of the house is that it is to be returned in a similar condition to that in which it was received: dishes washed and not left on the counter/taken out of the dishwasher, the state of the received dishes counted, and the garbage taken out - mixed and sorted.
The cottage/apartment has its own equipment, which must be in the cottage/apartment on the day of departure, which means that if there was a need to borrow/move the equipment from the cottage/apartment, this equipment must be returned to its place.
Please do not leave food in the cottages/apartments.
The door to the Cottage/Apartment should be closed and the key should be inserted into the safe and the combination code should be turned.
Payments/Reservation/Deposit: The reservation is confirmed/effective upon payment of the non-refundable deposit 30%, in case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
Payments/Final payment: The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer 30 days before arrival (for remote bookings), and in other cases at least 3 days before arrival.
Settlements for credit card and e-transfer transactions are carried out via Przelewy24.
